LifeCall Care Network Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

There are several ways to refer a customer to LifeCall through this program:

Customer driven:

• Through an exclusive Affiliate toll-free phone number that connects your customers directly to our Sales Call Centre
• Through www.lifecallcares.ca - a secure webform

Affiliate driven:

• Fax Form
• Web Form on the Affiliate Intranet
• By phone through the Affiliate toll-free phone number

What if a customer prefers to/does call LifeCall direct?

We use a separate toll-free number for Affiliates. This is on all Affiliate marketing materials. All of our Life Safety Consultants are trained to ask on all calls “How did you hear about LifeCall?” additionally; the customer needs to provide the referral code from the marketing materials to get the special offer.

How do I receive payment for sales?

You will be paid once amonth by pre-authorized payment. Affiliates are required to provide LifeCall with a void cheque for purposes of setting up payment.

How does compensation work?

Affiliates are paid per installation. Compensation to be discussed in detail with a member of the LifeCall team during the application process.

Do I have to do any installations or service work for LifeCall?

No, this is simply a referral program. If you are looking to get more involved in selling, marketing, installation and service, please see our website for information on the LifeCall Dealer Program. Please note that the Dealer program has minimum monthly volumes applicable to dealers.

What do new Affiliates receive?

New affiliates receive a "Welcome Kit" which includes training materials and full-colour, professional marketing materials including; 500 Affiliate brochures, 2 large posters, 2 small posters, 2 brochure stand inserts, 5 retail wobblers and an acrylic brochure stand. After this initial supply runs out, additional marketing materials can be purchased at a minimal cost to the Affiliate through our online marketing material ordering portal, WebConnect.
