Under the purchase option, the equipment is owned by the customer. This option is ideal for customers who plan to use the medical alert service for more than 12 months. It also includes a two-year warranty on parts and labour.

1 Rental Terms & Conditions: We will bill you $39.95/month + applicable taxes for the system rental and monthly monitoring. The LifeCall service can be cancelled with 30 days notice to Customer Service after the three-month term. Equipment must be returned to upon cancellation of service in good working order.
